AASA Nationals Series – 2026

The AASA Nationals Series – 2026 is designed for grassroots and budget-conscious racing categories, giving them a true national platform to shine. Each category will have the chance to headline as a feature event, bringing excitement and diversity to every round.

Our condensed 1.5–2 day format, paired with affordable short-course track selections, means significantly lower entry fees without compromising the thrill. Expect more racing laps, intense competition, and unique event formats, all backed by high-quality live streaming in Super Series style.

The series will visit four iconic venues:

  • Sydney Motorsport Park (Druitt layout)

  • One Raceway

  • Mallala Motorsport Park

  • Calder Park Raceway (original layout)

Featured categories include:

  • Legend Cars Australia

  • AASA National Formula Ford Championship

  • Hyundai Excels

  • Stock Cars Australia

  • Australian Drivers’ Championship

  • Formula RX8

  • and more to come …

Adding to the excitement, each round will host an AASA Short Track National Title, inspired by dirt speedway formats: random draw heats, Top 10 Dash, B Main, and a winner-takes-all A Main final. The champion earns the honour of running the green and gold #1 for the next 12 months as the official AASA Short Track Champion.

The AASA Nationals Series - 2026 will be a national level series without the price tag. If we can reduce costs to put on a race weekend, we can share those savings with our competitors. That is the aim – put on the best event possible for the cheapest cost so our teams and drivers can spend their money on what matters most and that’s hard racing and going fast!”
