All Refunds are subject to a $40 (incl. GST) administration fee regardless of which licence is purchased.

AASA may issue a refund as a result of purchasing the wrong Licence or a change in your personal circumstances or due to external factors such as, for example, adverse weather, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Promotor (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). AASA will provide a refund or a full credit for the value spent if any of these circumstances occur, the credit will be valid for all Australian Auto-Sport Alliance Licences at any time.

All liability is limited to the amount for which the Licence was purchased (including any fees or charges unless otherwise notified at the time of purchase).

Proof of purchase may be required. AASA is not liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
