AASA provides Event Promoter Documentation to assist organisers in running safe, compliant, and well-structured motorsport events.
These documents include Event Reports, Event Report Kits, Driver & Passenger Indemnities, Officials, Media, and general documents, ensuring all events meet AASA standards.
Promoters must review and complete the necessary documentation to streamline approvals and ensure a smooth event experience.
AASA Event Promotion requirements
Effective June 1, 2025, all AASA sanctioned events must clearly indicate their sanctioning by AASA.
To meet this requirement, the AASA logo must be displayed on all event materials where logos of the event, promoters, major sponsors, or series partners appear. You can find and download logo formats, sizes, and layout guidelines here: www.aasa.com.au/aasa-event-promotion-guidelines.
