All Refunds are subject to a 50% admin fee (incl. GST) administration fee regardless of which licence is purchased.

AASA will not issue a refund as a result of purchasing the wrong Licence. AASA May issue 50% refund or full credit as a result change in your personal circumstances or due to external factors such as, for example, adverse weather, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Promotor (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

All liability is limited to the amount for which the Licence was purchased (including any fees or charges unless otherwise notified at the time of purchase).

Proof of purchase may be required. AASA is not liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
