Your AASA licence is now available digitally through the Members Portal.

Most licences issue immediately once payment is completed

Tax receipts are emailed automatically and stored in your account
New National Race Licence applications and Officials Licences will still require review by a AASA staff member.
Driver Training Licences
Driver Training Licences can be paid annually, weekly or monthly.
You can switch between payment options without submitting a new application, with your licence expiry updating automatically with each subscription payment.

One login can now manage licences and applications for your family.
Parents and guardians can:
Manage junior licences from their own account
Apply for licences or vehicle passports for family members
View licences, expiry dates and applications in progress
Keep all family receipts in one place
Digital parental consent
Junior licence applications no longer require printed and signed consent forms.
A consent link is emailed directly to the parent or guardian. Once confirmed, the consent is time-stamped and stored with the application.
For eligible junior licences, the licence can then issue automatically without waiting for paper forms to be processed.
National Race Licence Progression
National Race Licence progression is moving online.
OLT and Rookie progression is tracked digitally
Observers or Clerks of Course can complete sign-off through an online link
No paper logbook needs to be carried or posted back to AASA
Licence level updates as each stage is completed
You are notified when your licence level changes
Full National Race Licence is granted once all requirements are met
Expiry Reminders
The portal helps keep important dates visible.
Licence reminders at 60, 30, 14 and 7 days
Medical expiry tracked against your licence
Notifications when a GP medical is required
Officials Licence and Working with Children / Police Check expiry tracking
Vehicle safety items such as belts, seats and extinguishers flagged 30 days before expiry
Email reminders are automatic, with push notifications available where enabled.
Vehicle Passports
Vehicle Passports and logbooks are moving online too.
Apply online and upload vehicle photos
Receive a temporary passport immediately
Scrutineers can scan the QR code and complete checks on their phone
Certified passports update immediately
Scrutineering history remains with the vehicle
Ownership and vehicle details can be updated online
No paper logbook to lose or post back.

Your promoter access is linked to your AASA account, allowing you to manage permit activity in one place.

Access permit certificates as soon as they are issued
View permit status, dates and history in one place
