STATEMENT - PADDOCK INCIDENT AT SYDNEY MOTORSPORT PARK

The Australian Auto Sport Alliance (AASA) is investigating an incident at the Festival of Sporting Cars (FoSC) race meeting at Sydney Motorsport Park on Saturday, 20 August.The alleged incident occurred in the paddock and involved two crew members of drivers who were competing in Round 5 of Series X3 NSW for Excel Racing Cars.The AASA is in the process of establishing the facts of the incident by gathering information from parties involved, as well as witnesses.The AASA reminds all competitors of their responsibilities and will not tolerate participants bringing our sport into disrepute.
