Entries open for Hi-Tec Oils Super Series Round 2 at Queensland Raceway
Entries have officially opened for Round 2 of the Hi-Tec Oils Super Series, the 2 Days of Thunder event at Queensland Raceway from May 1-3.
A massive variety of categories and array of race formats will be show across the three days of racing action, from the TA2 Muscle Car Series Tag Team Enduro event to the Queensland Super Karts and everything in between including a three-hour APC Enduro Championship race under lights.
There will be a total of eight categories featured on the 2 Days of Thunder schedule from incredibly popular national racing series to local state-based grass roots racing categories, there is something for everyone at Round 2.
The year, the Two Days of Thunder plays host to the annual TA2 Tag Team Enduro Round, it is an event when the series regulars are joined by some very notable names.
On both Saturday and Sunday, the seasoned campaigner and their co-driver gets to do a sprint race each as well as a lengthy endurance race in which they share the driving duties.
Last year names including seven-time Bathurst 1000 winner Craig Lowndes, current Supercars Championship leader Brodie Kostecki, James Golding, Tim Slade and Bathurst winners Todd Hazelwood and Paul Morris were just some of the guest drivers.
The event will host Round 1 of the APC Enduro Championship which under the new rules will see GT4 cars, regular production cars and so much more fighting for outright and class honours under lights.
It’ll be Round 3 of the Yokohama AASA Australian Formula Ford Championship, a series that put on an incredible show at the Shell V-Power Motorsport Park to kickstart the 2026 season. The Formula Ford Championship is blossoming once more and Round 1 indicated we are in for a magnificent year.
The pocket-rocket Legend Cars Australia Series will be visiting Queensland Raceway off the back of their Short Track Nationals title at which drivers will be wanting to level the scores with their rivals.
The Aussie built Innovation Race Cars will at QR, the second round of the season and second endurance round for the V8 powered sportscars.
AASA TT will commence its season at QR with variety of different machines and will share the track with the Queensland Touring Car Championship.
The final category in Queensland is the mind-blowingly fast Queensland Super Karts, these machines put on a real show in 2025 and are back for more.
