New Hi-Tec Oils Super Series Podcast launches tonight

A brand new podcast focusing on the competitors and categories of the Hi-Tec Oils Super Series titled ‘Behind the Visor’ will premiere tonight on YouTube. The first episode of ‘Behind the Visor’ will go live at 7pm AEST Thursday, June 12 and is set to be a fixture after every round providing a detailed recap of the event that was.

Heading up the hosting duties for ‘Behind the Visor’ is a familiar face to the Hi-Tec Oils Super Series television broadcast Matt Cavanagh, who will be joined by experienced racer Dylan Thomas for the opening episode.

Thomas is a previous winner of the TFH Hire TA2 Muscle Car Series presented by Maritimo and currently is a leading competitor in TFH Hire Legend Cars Australia.

An array of guests representing competitors across each of the Hi-Tec Oils Super Series core category group will share their experiences and provide a unique insight into racing at a national level.

Hi-Tec Oils CEO George Gambino headlines the guests by discussing his company’s growing involvement in the TFH Hire TA2 Muscle Car Series presented by Maritimo through its two-car team.

Gambino is joined by rising star Brock Paine, who discusses his rise into one of Australia’s fastest growing categories.

Another rapidly rising class of racing is the Hankook Australian Driver’s Championship, with Hayden Crossland reflecting on his dominant performance at Sydney Motorsport Park and his title aspirations ahead of Queensland Raceway.

Hankook’s Terry Conroy explains why the tyre manufacturer got involved in the category.

The Formula Ford Stars Series has provided some of the closest racing on the Hi-Tec Oils Super Series bill and category manager Jeff Grech relays his thoughts following the opening two rounds at Winton and Sydney, plus what’s to come.
