Trucks calendar almost complete
Australian Super Trucks Racing Series organisers have locked in and announced three of the four rounds on its 2026 season calendar.
The big rigs will visit at least three different states, South Australia, Queensland and Victoria again in 2026.
Last year was a great year for the Australian Super Trucks Racing Series, after several years running solely in Victoria the category rebounded back to become a true national series once more.
This season the Australian Super Trucks Racing Series builds upon those foundations with a similar calendar outlined for 2026.
Identical to last year, Round 1 of the season takes place at Mallala Motorsport Park in South Australia on the Anzac Day long weekend.
The trucks return to the historic venue in 2025 proved to be a humongous triumph with Mallala boasting its biggest crowd attendance figures in over 15 years.
In 2026 the Mallala weekend will be highlighted by some nighttime racing under lights on ANZAC day itself.
After a successful debut at Morgan Park Raceway last year, the series returns to the track located just outside of Warwick in southern Queensland from September 4-6.
Round 3 will take place at Winton Motor Raceway a month later, from October 2-4 on the long-layout, this is a circuit that always produces exhilarating truck racing action.
The Winton event will be Round 5 of the Victorian Motor Racing Championship (VMRC).
The fourth and final round on the truck calendar is yet to be locked in, but is expected to be confirmed before the season opener at Mallala.

Bobby Dale - Australian Super Truck Racing Series President
“We start with Mallala, we are really excited about that one, what a way to start the series and this year Saturday will be under lights,” he said. “We will start racing at lunchtime and race on into the night.
“Morgan Park is a great track for the trucks, it surprised us on debut there last year in a good way. We were just looking to get back into Queensland and Morgan Park was a really pleasant surprise. The crowd that we got there too was unbelievable, Morgan Park is planning big things for this round, and planning is already underway.
“At Winton we’ll be on the long track again this year, getting back on the long track in 2025 after many years was great, it sorts the big guns from the wannabes.
“We are expecting a larger grid in 2026, at least one more for the first round, and then at least another two beyond that, which will make truck racing even more exciting than it already is.
“It has been a lot of work to get the series back to where it is today, we're breaking down the barriers and getting on a few more tracks.”
