Ultra4 Australia Wraps up 2025 at Stunning New Location

The final round of the 2025 Ultra4 Australia championship came to a close this month, christening the newly formed Thanes Creek Drivers Compound. The Radius Fabrication King of Australia saw eighteen competitors take on four different races to ultimately crown the 2025 Ultra4 Champion.

Races one and two where a test of endurance. For six hours drivers would push their extreme off road machinery to breaking point, completing anywhere from one to fifteen laps of the 20-ish minute long circuit. It was All Metal motorsport with the fastest lap of 17:13 but 455 Racing who would go the distance completing 16 laps, the most of anyone.

Race three, the “Hill Run”, turned competition on it’s head with a two-minute dash trading high speed off-road racing talent for rock climbing skills as Torque It Up Motorsport and 455 Racing shared the outright fastest time of 1:45 with Energized Racing clocking in an agonizingly close 1:46.

The final event of the year, the “Cat & Mouse Loop”, saw Torque It Up Motorsport once again at the top of the time sheets with Torque It Up motorsport just nine seconds behind! With all said and done, mechanical trouble and multiple DNS’s where not enough to stop All Metal Motorsport from taking the 2025 Unlimited Class Championship. In the Limited Class it was M&R Autocare who would secure first place after a tremendous year. It was a deserving championship win for DKR - Dad & Kids Racing in the UTV Class while the highly contested Modified Class, thirteen entries strong, would be taken out by Built By Eye with Dirty Diesel Racing and British Off Road split by just a single point in the fight for second overall for the year.

A massive congratulations to this year’s winners — you’ve earned every bit of it! To all the teams who competed, the incredible volunteers, spectators, and sponsors — you’re the heartbeat of Ultra4 Australia.
