$300k for Charity - The Race to Make a Difference
It was another massive month for Motor Events Racing kicking things off with the Clippy Cup at Queensland Raceway before heading to Mallala for the M24 Hour. Over both events, an impressive intake of entrants raised tens of thousands of dollars for Rare Cancers Australia.
The AASA would like to acknowledge and congratulate the MER team for officially having raised $300,000 for the charity, an incredible achievement for not just the organisers but also every single participant who has contributed.
With big brands such as Repco, Bob Jane T-Marts and Raceline Motorsport Racewear jumping onboard, the AASA are incredibly excited by the success and growth of the budget racing series making a real positive impact while having a shed load of fun in the process.
Ofcourse, do not forget to head over to the Motor Events Racing Youtube to catch up on all of the comedy-filled action. The events founder, Ben McGuire, is a passion filled ambassador for not just the sport but also his greater charity focused vision. He brings both explosive energy and humour to create some of the most fun you will ever have on four wheels.
