The Clay-Per-View details have been locked in for the inaugural AASA Short Track Nationals at Sydney Motorsport Park.

TFH Hire Legend Cars Australia will be the first category to compete for the honour of becoming a Short Track Nationals champion from April 25-26.

Across the course of the weekend all races will be streamed live including the Yokohama AASA Australian Formula Ford Championship, Australian Stock Cars, Formula RX8 and AASA TT.

This is Clay-Per-View’s first venture into the world of circuit racing having solely focussed on speedway up to this point.

For this reason, a special offer is going to be provided for all circuit racing fans wanting to watch the action on Clay-Per-View for the very first time.

By paying $24.99 to view the racing action across the weekend, new subscribers will also get given a free 30-day pass to view all the speedway action they wish with the Clay-Per-View 'On-Demand Subscription'.

This gives circuit racing fans the ability to check out some speedway racing on the platform with their Subscription also.

On the other foot, for those hardy Speedway fans already with a Clay-Per-View Subscription, they can view the entire weekend free of charge.

The weekend schedule has already been announced, with Clay-Per-View covering all qualifying and races on both Saturday and Sunday.

The coverage will be broadcast from 18:30-22:30 AEST on Saturday and from 14:15-22:30 AEST on Sunday.

The TFH Hire Legend Cars Australia Series will be competing for the Short Track Nationals title utilising a speedway style format, click here to find out more about it.

The AASA Short Track Nationals on air talent will be announced in due course.

Jarred Ash – Clay-Per-View Manager

“On both days we’ll be broadcasting all races,” Ash said. “We are looking forward to two really big nights of racing. Prime time at night will be pretty exciting for people that maybe haven't got something to do on Saturday or Sunday evening.

“$24.99 is the Pay-Per-View purchase to watch the entire weekend. Otherwise, for people that do have a current subscription, they can also tune in as part of their On Demand subscription.

“For those that do that do purchase Pay-Per-View over the course of the weekend, they’ll be able to watch it back at any time, and we're going to tack on a 30-day free trial for our On Demand subscription.

“Maybe some of those circuit racing fans that come across might be interested in checking out some of the speedway flavours from around the world as well.

“I’m looking forward to seeing a little bit of crossover from the speedway world. There’s been a little bit of interest already in it, with the announcement of course a couple of Australian speedway champions racing.

“There's plenty of circuit racing interest amongst our broadcast team, and plenty of our broadcast team have worked on circuit racing broadcasts before, but this is a first for Clay-Per-View. We're really looking forward to broadcasting some AASA circuit racing.”

Graham Sattler – AASA Short Track Nationals Series Manager

“Clay-Per-View’s worldwide Motorsport reach in impressive; so, we’re so excited to join their broadcast family,” Sattler said.

“Jarred’s knowledge of the ‘new’ speedway format and the invited Speedway stars will give this event a new direction in Australian Motorsport.

“The deal for new subscribers will mean not only will you get the Legends Short Track Nationals from SMSP, but a full 30 days of Speedway racing.

“The invited Speedway stars will be mixing it with our Legend Car regulars and will be a great addition to the Short Nationals event.”
